"The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

"Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. Room would th balcony lovely. Great bedding no food available in the hotel at night. No signage from main road so hard to find "

"This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. "I loved this hotel, super clean, friendly helpful staff. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Comfy beds, brilliant air con, great shower. Small kitchenette has a coffee machine with coffee pods provided, an electric kettle and 2 ring hob, microwave and fridge. Ideal if you want to prepare breakfast , a snack or light meal. 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful promenade for walking , cycling. Great beach for sufing , sports or sunbathing.Lots of shops restaurants and supermarkets within walking...

"Really attractive accommodation and excellent provision of tea coffee milk bread cakes etc. Lovely bedroom and bathroom and nice outside space. A nice authentic Spanish restaurant about ten minutes walk away. Only negative is that there isn’t much else to see or do within walking distance so you need a car to go anywhere—but would suit people wanting a quiet retreat."
