"At first, the room that we booked is so small & tight for us because we have a lot of luggages. So we decided to change our room and they gave us the room in front of the pool so we have an easy access to the pool & we enjoyed our jacuzzi. The room is spacious & nice. The staff are very accommodating & friendly. "

"Two concerns: the initial room we stayed, smells pretty bad, smell comes from the underground so we asked to transfer to another room, 2nd floor; In the new room, we discovered presence of falling hairs on top of the bedsheet, so we again ask to replaced the bedsheets. The service is quick though."

"Booked two nights specifically to be close to the airport and make use of the shuttle, as we had family departing in two different days. Perfect choice for our purpose, the included breakfast was great. "

"Location at the water is perfect, but the road to the property needs to be updated. Also the cabin I stayed in needs to be refurbished desperately. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This Property can be so much better if it is refurbished properly."

"This is a beautiful well keep and well maintained resort . I would have given it 5 stars but it lack in customer sevice. Do get me wrong the staff were super nice and respectful everywhere from room service to the pool maintenance,gardeners,room9, breakfast staff, i cant say enough about them. So what was wrong, no follow up asking if you would like another drink or dessert etc etc. Sat at the beach area an ordered a cold one and that was it never heard from anyone untill i had to walk back up...
