"the security was great. I felt safe. no elevators, but I don't mind walking up stairs. but had I been above the 3rd floor I might have been complaining."

"The place doesn't look like the photos posted online. Its all unreal. The beddings, the floor its all dusty. no tissues, no slippers like mentioned on postings. You guys, if you are a looking for a hotel near the airport, do yourself a favor and do not make any business with this hotel. The whole stay was terrible and inconvenient."

"My second time staying at the resort. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are great and my team really enjoyed the 3 dining options along with the pool and beach. The spa is under Reno and they are offering in room services but what they don’t tell you is that your massage will be on your bed ( no travel bed) and cost the same. Just a heads up if you want the spa but otherwise this is a lovely option if you don’t want to go super luxury. "

"One thing I would like to suggest is that the rooms needs update.It’s old but clean😊That’s the only thing they need to improve.Overall stay was great!"
