"The staff was really welcoming and attentive to your needs. We arrived very early and they were able to accommodate an early check in which made our first day so smooth. Their breakfast was phenomenal - so many options to choose from. Again, the staff that was working during those breakfast hours made sure all the guests were taken care of and had what they needed. It was a very clean space. The kitchen area in the room was perfect for meals on the go and was so convenient. This hotel is in a quieter section which means a little farther of a walk to the tourist attractions. We didn’t mind this at all as we enjoy walking and didn’t want to be in the middle of the busiest part of London. There were lots of shops and food options close by and it was easily walkable to all public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff! "

"This a return visit for us. The London Marriott County Hall is a refuge in a busy city and is a joy each time we visit. Be aware that you will not receive membership points when you book outside of Marriott. It would be great if Hotels.com could come to an agreement with Marriott. "
