"Very disappointed with my stay. The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world. "

"An excellent find. Small family run hotel (genuinely all one family) which is in a perfect location for exploring Istanbul's major sites. Walls maybe a little thin but think we were unlucky with noisy neighbours rather than it being a normal issue. Would def use this hotel again if we go back to Istanbul. Also worth saying that the include breakfast was also good with plenty of choice "

"This is actually a Best Western property. It did not seem like one, however. It seems like a wonderful independent, small boutique hotel.
