" Title: Exceptional Stay During a Difficult Time I recently stayed at this hotel for nearly two weeks while I had a family member in the hospital, and I cannot praise the staff enough. They were incredibly attentive, understanding, and accommodating as I had to extend my stay almost every other day. Their kindness made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The property itself is fantastic—great restaurant options, a relaxing pool area, and a prime location. The comfort and care provided made me feel at home. I’ll definitely be returning under better circumstances next time. Highly recommend! "

"The Tv remote was not user-friendly as there are no numbers on it that granted my wife and I direct access to our perferred channels and the tv guide channel was not easily found. We anticipate returning but we would appreciate if our noted concern could be address. "

"We really enjoyed the stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. We loved the spacious bedrooms and all the full kitchen. Love the pools. Must have a car. Target and Walmart 8 min. driving distance. Disney about 16 minutes. MCO international airport about 35 minutes. "
