"The receptionist did not greet us, with a hello how are you. She just sat there and I had to ask her to repeat what she did say when informing us of our room number etc. All this without a smile. This is not what NZ should have at the front desk. This is their job. The guy at the desk in the morning was very hospitable something your front girl should take a lesson in."

"Mixed review. On the plus side: large, spacious room and bathroom. Very comfy bed. Close to the airport and cafes etc. On the minus side: noisy. Busy road. Also can hear guests walking about in room above our heads late at night. No plug for sink, but since the sink drained slowly it was not a problem. Spa did not work. Toilet flushing mechanism needs replacing. Light above bathroom mirror not working. "
