"Great stay , the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle provided and were received and dropped off on time. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were able to easily rearrange our arrival time. Front desk staff were very helpful and check in was very smooth. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided. Food was tasty, with buffet breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice for everyone, also room service was quick and delicious. This hotel is in a busy area, but never heard anything in my room. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Lahore. "

"Always good. Breakfast food gets depleted each morning we come in 7:30. Trays are often empty. Not good when this is offered as an inclusion. Hospitality staff friendly. Front of house. Not great at all. Should welcome you to Nine Tree not just say how can I help you. Also when checking out should say thank you for staying at Nine tree and love to see you next time and have safe travels. They look depressed actually. They are out first and last impressions. This is quite a big issue but would help considerably. The cleaning team brilliant and work hard twice I have stayed there. Laundry people great service also the hospitality team great. But from if house needs a lit of work in my opinion. "
