The staff are so so sweet and happily go the extra mile to make sure the stay is prefect. The building is dated but in my opinion this adds to the experience of staying in Pakistan. 10/10 for the staff and their attentiveness to our needs.

I liked the responsiveness of reception to address issues with the room I stayed in. Most of the staff were friendly. However, check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily slow and inefficient.
