What was a big disappointment was the attitude of the staff--starting with an incompetent and surly check-in by the hotel's bartender -- we had paid for a third person and bed but he tried to charge us again for that extra. En cambio el olor de la recepción era terrible, como a tubería , llegaba casi hasta las habitaciones. "We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It's a little off the beaten path on a narrow stone street. The room was comfortable, large and clean. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The staff was very helpful for anything we needed and came by nightly to give us a fresh bottle of water and chocolates. The breakfast was excellent too. "

Our only complaint was their cleaning product had a scent that was too powerful. We had to air out the room, but that was easy as the windows are enourmous! "

"La estancia ha sido muy buena, las habitaciones tenian camas muy grandes, aunque se nota que necesitan algo de mantenimiento, habia alguna humedad en el techo, los grifos no tenian mucha presion, pero en general todo muy correcto por el precio que pague. El personal super amable, tienen una piscina grande que no pudimos usar por el mal tiempo, pero nos facilitaron el uso del jacuzzi con el niño para que pudiera bañarse, ya que tenia agua caliente. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno, acorde con lo pagado es de buena calidad, aunque a ultima hora se hecha de menos que repongan los alimentos. Muy recomendable, aunque esmoriz no es una zona para nada turistica ni atractiva, pero esta cerca de oporto."
