"We stayed just one night while passing through Kompot/Kep. The reception staff were warm and attentive. Our room was tidy and well-maintained. "This was a once in a lifetime stay. The property is immaculate - spacious, but very few rooms, so it feels like you're all alone in paradise. Best of all, however, is the staff. Top notch service from start to finish. Highly, highly recommended. We very much look forward to returning."

"The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience. We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights. Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind. "

"This is an adequate hotel but its on the wrong side of town. The walk to the riverside is down a busy road with occasion dogs roaming about. You can get a grab which is probably the best option . Probably not worth the money. Breakfast is poor "

"Staff were really helpful, above and beyond. Motorcycle hire easy to arrange, great price. Room very clean and tidy, well presented. Mattress not too hard, pillows good. Shower not next to toilet! Great pressure. Free toiletries. About 1.4 km from crab market, easy walk. Great place to stay and would highly recommend Khmer House Guesthouse."
