"This place is a welcome sanctuary from the hustle a bustle of Kampot. We did some day trips to kep markets and Kampot pepper farm which were easily organised by the hotel. They also easily organise a scooter for the day for us to visit bakor mountain. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Kampot town, however is was easy to organise for the hotel to drop you in to town and get a grab tuk tuk for about $2. "I loved this beautiful hotel. It is kinda tucked away and idyllic. Very comfortable and quiet rooms; lovely pool; great drinks including the mocktails and home made jam in the delicious breakfast! Couldn’t ask for more! I’d definitely recommend! "

"We spent 2 nights at the resort, and it truly felt like “home away from home”. All staff are wonderful and had been super helpful. We felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. We love how clean the resort is and how the staff treated us. Love it and very appreciative for the service and made us felt comfortable, enjoyable, and relax during our stay. My kids love the pool very much. Thank you, Kampot Sweet Boutique, for making our stay memorable. Furthermore, we glad we found you."

"The positive aspects: excellent staff. The manager, Taa, was the manager, who provided transportation to and from the transit stations The rooms were spacious. The property had ample common space. The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. "

"The staff at The Columns are extremely nice and helpful. The included breakfast has many nice options and is well-prepared. We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. The second floor is not great for tall people because there are so many low ceilings, and the rooms feel cramped. "
