"The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. "Arrived for new years. What a feast! 4 hours of music, with intermissions that included lion dancing and a magician. Band was really, really good. Only couple of negatives: too many people hung their clothes out to dry (nobody wants to see other people's unmentionables drying) and the breakfast food was average. "We had a lovely stay here - however a few things could have been better, seating / deck chairs and shade are a major problem. The pool has very limited loungers as does the beach, one day we had to lie on bean bags which was fine but there’s no umbrellas so unless your under a palm tree or want to sit in the sun your sort of stuck for options. For a 5 star resort I would expect a bed and shade! Room was beautiful, breakfast was great - staff were okay, I wasn’t allowed to take a coffee out...

"The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. "This is such a lovely resort. The location/beach is beautiful, the rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. Staff is very kind and helpful. Our room was a little musty smelling when we checked in and staff immediately tried to remedy the problem by deep-cleaning the bathroom and giving us a little scented diffuser machine (it didn't completely solve the issue, but I appreciated the quick action/effort). The breakfast buffet and restaurant are also very good. "
