"Expedia didn’t pay the hotel. You have to pay the hotel yourself when you check in, in their currency. We had to pay our stay in person and go through a difficult cancellation process in order to finalize payment to the hotel. Expedia never informed us that this was the process."

"The property is huge & nice. They do not give you a map or tell you where things are. It was pretty hard trying to find things. Adult pool is on the other side of the hotel, building 1. "No hot water for showering or sink. Jacuzzi did not heat either. Staff wasn’t around to turn on. Front desk had no record of reservations. Cleaning staff showed up at 7am to clean room (still sleeping). The bar said they could make a drink and threw together random alcohols. And the “family taxi” to airport charged $300 for the three minute drive. Place was beautiful."

"Loved having a kitchen! Very clean and quiet. The AC was very cold, nice escape from the heat. The communication about which room I was supposed to have was a little lacking. The woman at the front desk/gate was very patient with me though, I don't know much Spanish, and together we figured it out. I would definitely stay again!"

"The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice."

"La televisión no funcionaba bien porque solo tenía 3 canales, las almohadas olían horrible. No estoy de acuerdo con que la gente aparte los camastros y tarden horas para usarlos cuando hay gente que no tiene ni donde sentarse. En cuanto al servicio fue excelente, mi hijo tuvo una herida con un azulejo de la alberca y fueron muy amables y lo curaron y hasta le regalaron un helado, excelente de verdad. El buffet de la mañana de verdad todo delicioso y las instalaciones con buen mantenimiento"

"If you want a resort style vacation that doesn’t break the bank, this is a great option. The staff are extra efficient and the entire vibe of the place is they treat you like family. Room was awesome. We stayed in a suite with a king bed and a private pool. There is a little nook/compartment in the wall were they deliver coffee and little muffins in the morning. Was delightful. "
