The room was already occupied when we arrived and the attendant Alejandro was really rude. The shower didn‘t have a courtain so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. At least one of the four elevators was always unavailable. My booked a room with breakfast included and they always told me I had to pay (after checking i was told it was a mistake but three times was too much). I‘m really dissapointed because pur experience two years ago in Hotel Krystal in Puerto Vallarta was totally different.

We have had no power for more than 4 hours, we have to take the stairs from floor 17th up and down. No internet due to the loss of power, and I had to postpone an important meeting. NO AC at that time and the heat was horrible. Also, there is no AC at all in the lobby and other areas. The only good thing is the staff that is very friendly and nice.

My stay here was terrible!!! One of the nights the power went out a place like this should have a back up generator. My bathroom also flooded and dark water was coming out of shower, toilet and hand sink. Luckily the bathroom had floor drains. My wife called front desk about they issue and she said they hung up on here before she can even finish. The staff is rude and look like they don’t want to work there. All in all my stay was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend to any

Es una grosería, que tengan que cobrarte el estacionamiento, eso no se hace, como por qué? Un hotel para ya no volver aparte está en decadencia, hay cucarachas enormes, el elevador no sirve y tienes que bajar por las escaleras Cero recomendable, jetona con mala actitud la recepcionista Deberían de ser más empaticos con los huéspedes, todo muy caro en el restaurante y no vale la pena, no quieran sacar lo que perdieron por meses por culpa de los huracanes 😡😡😡😡 no vuelvo a hospedarme en esta cadena de hoteles en ningún lado

Pésimas las condiciones de los elevadores y el servicio de valet parking super lentos, mencionaron que estaba descompuesto el elevador de los autos en el edificio que los guardaban y se tardaban más de 40 min para traer tu auto. La comida fue la misma prácticamente durante los tres días y llega a ser algo enfadoso. Las salidas de drenaje que se encuentran a las orillas del hotel hacen sucia la playa.
