"Room was clean and comfortable, smelled clean, you can walk in the room without socks and I am very OCD about hotels, there are restaurants close by, the airport is right there at the hotel basically, they do have shuttle but I did not use it, they also have a restaurant downstairs but I went to Starbucks next door. "For the price, the room was nice and spacious. Having the large window made the view very special. The room was clean, but I did have to re clean the shower upon arrival just to get it to my standards. I didn't like the trash can situation in the room, there was only one, it was extremely small, and no bag. Very unsanitary. "Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency. After a long day and a half of travel with cancelled flights I had an unplanned overnight stay in L.A. before flying out to my final destination. The staff there was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Very clean, very quiet, the gym is fully equipped. Very thankful to everyone there for making sure I could check-in early and have a stress free day while dealing with travel delays and re-bookings. "

"Our credit cards were compromised. So we had a problem and only had cash. The Westin hotel at LAX, has a no cash policy for the $200 deposit. It has to be a credit card! We already had pre paid the cost of 4 days at the hotel 6 months prior through Hotels.com the Hotel Manager Tommy said he would help us out and took $200 cash for our stay. And gave it back in cash when we checked out. Tommy went far and beyond to help us. "

"The staff was professional and courteous. The property was clean and accessible. I stayed with my family of 4 and we had a good time. We loved that breakfast was provided, and the chefs did an amazing job. We were shocked when we did our research and saw that all the hotels in LA charged a parking fee. This hotel was one with the cheaper parking rate. We also, loved that it had a sofa bed, even though it was uncomfortable. Overall a good place to stay. Thank you Hyatt Place for making our stay...

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in El Segundo. It is nicer and newer than most of the other area hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is also different from other hotels in the area. I travel to El Segundo very often and have stayed at many of the local hotels. This will be my go-to hotel from now on. "
