"In overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and at good location. The only comment I would give is that the room acoustic is not up to standard as we can hear traffic from the windows even the windows are closed. "I can’t say enough about this property. The staff, the hotel, the rooms, the food everything fabulous. As a 61 year old woman traveling by herself in Seoul they were so helpful in helping me get around by myself and ensuring I had a taxi for me to return back to the hotel.
