"In overall everything was good. Not much options on the breakfast, but still satisfying. Staff is friendly and helpful. Double room is big enough and the presence of a balcony is very pleasing. One minus is noises from the pub downstairs and from the street, if you an early sleeper or with kids not the best place to stay. But we really enjoyed our stay."

"Good location comfortable spacious room.. but cleaning is a bit poor. They charged us 20 euros daily for our pet for deep cleaning. But they did not even hoover the carpets.. it was just regular sheet and towel changing etc. Overall comfortable stay as a family with our pet.. good service"

"Anka City is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees. It is close enough to the major sites to take a taxi, but I suggest having a car. We had a car so it was no trouble that it was a little further out. Plus, it was super easy to park on the street. (For reference, the Anitkabir is a 25-minute walk.) "Nice hotel with friendly staff. There is no elevator in this hotel so we changed our room to a ground floor room (which was very small – beats climbing the stairs with your luggage). There are a couple of café/restaurants next to the hotel but that’s about it. Breakfast was good. Hotel has free street parking."

"It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep "

"Check-in was quick and easy. Friendly and polite staff. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Smell of smoking was present in hallways and in the room after a couple of hours (the first few hours the smell was of air deodorizer and cleaning products which was pleasant). We were able to open the windows for fresh air, but had to close at night when it got cold. Great price for a last-minute booking. Good location, a small convenience store around the corner and not far from some tourist...

"Ozlem went above and beyond to help us plan a trip to Derinkuyu, the underground city. We had no idea how to get there.
