The room was comfort and the people on the reception was nice I didn’t notice my check in was over and they didn’t tell me to pay them after one day they spoke, also the people who clean was sooo nice, I only had one problem with the network for one day but then they fixed it, the breakfast was delicious

Our stay is just ok , the overall arrive is quite good and friendly. Even the staff does not speak English well but they are still helpful; however, the Air conditioning is horrible. We sometimes could not sleep in the night. We opened all the windows to get some cool air but outside is also noisy. Hopefully they can make a note for this.

Hotel temperature and WiFi = Bad...
The Hotel is located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and night life within walking distance (2-5min). I was however disappointed with the fact that the central heating was so warm. The room I had does not allow one to adjust the temperature to your personal preference, this caused the room to be very warm which made it difficult to sleep. I complained about this at reception and all they said is that it is central heating and cannot be adjusted. The WiFi also does not work in the room and this forces you to go downstairs every time to check messages on your phone and do work on your laptop. Both these issues should be standard requirements for guests to make your stay enjoyable!

Tek günlük Ankara seyahatimiz için eşimle kaldık. Çok geniş bir odada ve misafirperver bir yaklaşım gördük. Yataklar biraz eski ama yine de görece rahat. Duvarlar çok ince, diğer odaların konuşmaları duyuluyor maalesef. Hatta yan odaya servis girerken tıklatıldiginda bizim kapıya gelindi dahi sandık. Fiyatı için gayet olumlu, kısa süreli kalimlar için hem yeri hem servisiyle oldukça mantıklı. Kızılay, Tunalı, Esat yürüme mesafesinde.
