"The toilet in our room did not work, we checked in around 2200 and they did not have another room to move us too, so we had to use the toilet in reception. I would have expected a hotel with this number of rooms to have a call out procedure 24 hours a day for facilitiy failures that impact the guest experience, so it was disapointing that the staff on duty did not have any contingney arrangments that allowed them to call a plumber. Otherwise a good location, and a comfortable hotel."

"The wifi seems inaccessible without a "Turkish ID" number. The staff was more than willing to provide one, but the new system may need a sustainable option for yabancı guests. I continue to love the (included) breakfast. The Lucera (?) restaurant is a great option for lunch and dinner with reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. At this time of year at least, if you don't get a lake-view room, you get the sunrise on the other side! "

"It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep "
