"As it was my first experience with an Onyado, I did not know quite what to expect. The staff was very helpful in explaining and answering any questions that I had. My only disappointment was that it was very difficult to obtain bandages to cover my tattoo. Luckily I had brought some bandages and was still able to utilize the mineral pools. For all I would highly recommend this in. Very clean, delicious food and beautiful setting. Thank you."

"Great location. Links Umeda restaurants are just a floor away from the reception area. Yodibashi, supermarket and convenience store are just elevator away. Very near Umeda station. "

"I enjoyed my time walking around the area and seeing how it feels moving around in this country. It helped inform my decision to move to the country soon. It also made meeting my family easier since it’s walking distance from a major train station. The room was small and didn’t have much but personally, I don’t need much so this was perfect. When I visit family again, I am most certainly coming back. "

"Close to Osaka station where shopping and restaurants around. A lawson and a drug store just downstairs. Clean and looks newly renovated. The room is spacious with an extra bed for my little one. Thanks for the staff for a free upgrade. The onsen is not clean enough though. The elevators sometime a long wait."
