"The property was beautiful, the staff very kind and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We both said it may have been our top hotel stay out of anywhere we have stayed before. Having no other option other than Valet for parking was honestly our only complaint."

"Cleaning people are excellent! Loud at 2 am from parties. Instead of being told upon arrival to drive around to the back entrance where our room was located. We dragged our bags to back of hotel ( me having a resent shoulder replacement). This is a very large event center."

"Had a great time. Thought the pool was a bit murky and hence over chlorinated. It is understood with the heavy use. Needed more towels. Would suggest having the area services on a regular basis… say checked every 2 hours. "

"Staff was amazing and very polite; however, My issue was the cleanliness of my room. The bath tub had mole around the soap holder and in the corners of the tub area.. the walls by the mirror in the bathroom look like someone spit toothpaste on it and it had dried up on it. The room had an old musty smell ( after we sprayed the room down it was better). The hotel was under construction however, the bedrooms should’ve been cleaner. The computer was unavailable and I wish the sister hotel beside...

"From check in to check out, everyone was great. It was dated, but don’t let that make your decision. The room has everything that you need, even a full working kitchen. They have a little shop where you can buy snacks. It’s a pet friendly hotel, so if you don’t like pets…..❤️"

"We were on the 45th floor with a view over Times Square and it was the best way to end our trip through the USA. It was an easy walk from Penn Station to the hotel and everything we wanted to see was within a reasonable walk. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"The property does not have the usual amenities like coffee, etc. But cafe is right next door. Facility is very clean and the room was quiet and comfortable with the exception of some radiator heating problems, but staff amd manager right there to help. All staff was welcoming. Will definitely use on my next trip."
