"Amazing stay for 2 nights in the Aurora pyramid glass igloo . Dinner was included in a restaurant in Levi and wonderful. Breakfast on site and plentiful with lots of options. We saw the Aurora on the first night which was incredible from the pyramid . Definitely a once in lifetime experience for us . "

"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting...

We arrived late and were given the passcode to open the keybox but absolutely no directions to find the cabin which was not at all easy in the dark. "It's a nice place, close to the Zero Point ski slopes. We also had a private sauna for our room and it was awesome, we used it every day. I had better breakfasts than here, but it was edible. "This place was amazing. So clean on entry and everything you could possibly need is in the apartment. For the price we paid we couldn’t have asked for anything else. They even had toboggans in the hallway for you to use and return! "Absolutely stunning property. We booked the 3 bed apartment for the 5 of us (can sleep up to 8) so that everyone had a room, as the kids are young. There were 2 floors with separate tv areas, balcony, sauna, well equipped kitchen, 2x log burners, 3x bathrooms, plenty of storage and a drying cupboard. I am an anxious traveller but Levi Suites reassured me and were so lovely to contact. We had apartment C4 and I would really recommend this place to everyone and be more than happy to stay again."

"The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options! "
