"Start with the positives: the breakfast was good and the room nicely sized. Neutral: The toilet/shover was outdated. Negative: I was very disappointed because I had asked about EV charging before through Facebook. They neglected to mention in their response that they charge a 10€ flat fee. The property has schuko sockets available so there’s no way to charge 10€ worth in one night. I would have been ok to pay a reasonable price per kWh."

"Good but not great. Some things were excellent but the excessive light pollution from the hotel and the excessive amounts of light diminished the aurora experience. Even all the way on the lake the bright lights of the resort spilled excessive light pollution for what is otherwise an extremely dark area. The treehouse was very fun, dinner was good but slow. "

"The property is secluded and about 30 mins away from city center. It is in a nicely quietly situated area. The goal of the trip was to hopefully see lady Aurora and to stay in an igloo. This resort met those expectations! I was very fortunate Aurora did her show right above my igloo! What a dream that was. I know Lady Aurora is a natural phenomenon, I was just very fortunate she did her show the night I stayed. I liked how the hotel offered the snow tubing and was able to walk on the frozen...
