Front desk in the Annex and Main Tower are stellar and will help you with any problem you may have. Workout room and coin laundry are great. "Everything about the hotel was excellent except their AC system in room. I maxed it out and it could barely keep up with humidity and heat. When we showered vents would drip on carpet so make sure you use provided slippers. also something Iam not used to but had to reserve going to pool and had to pay for chair in order to get reservation. Its super cheap just odd that hilton would do that as it was only me and 3 other families in entire pool for hours."

"Everything is good except lack of clear signage after arriving at terminal 3. It's also a long walk to get to the hotel reception. The building is huge so with so many rooms so it takes time to get to the spa, the onsen bath, etc. We stayed at another hotel right next to terminal 3 before. We would prefer that instead to minimise pushing luggages around after a long flight."

"This property is only 3 train spots to Tokyo Disneyland. Very nice/new/modern hotel. Highly recommended. I love how quiet it is and even though it's 30 mins away from the city it was still nice to get away from the hustle bustle. The hotel alone is bigger than the average Japanese hotels. I love the laundry & smart pack feature that the hotel offers. It is also connected to a Family Mart and it made it very easy to pick up snacks, water, etc. "
