"the welcome/information sheet in the room was rather as much a rulebook as and info sheet. no staff the entire made for a poor sense of welcome and concern - found it impossible to comply with all the suggested check out chores such as doing the linen laundry for them."

"It was very good for a huge hostel. It is older, but very clean and my room was large.My building was very quiet and there was a small kitchen at the end of my building, which was very handy. I had chosen a one person room with a private bathroom. The daily breakfast was very good, lots of food choices! Great stay in Kiruna! "

Muy dificil ubicar el lugar perdidos dos horas tratando de ubicar el lugar y pasamos varias veces por ahí pero no habia ningún letrero con el nombre del lugar. " Truly the best glass igloo experience! My partner and I spent 3 nights here, during New Year’s Eve, and we had an incredible time! The igloo is very warm (despite -22 outside) with heating, has a stove with essential utensils and even has a toilet. If you didn’t want to use the toilet, you can use the lounge toilets which are clean and have a shower. The igloo also has speakers with a great bass- perfect for New Year’s Eve celebrations. The highlight was nature’s fireworks on New Year’s Eve…...

"No one there to check us in or out. Cabin had essentials but needs updating. Property grounds need tidying. Not very welcoming. Fine for an overnight stop."
