"The location is excellent. Right in front of the bikini beach and the surf breaks. The staff are all lovely. We also had lunch here twice and the food was so good! The manager was friendly and had a chat with us one morning and it was great as we learned about the Maldives tourism history. We would have given a higher rating but the bathroom we stayed in had a very bad smell throughout our stay. It's probably just due to the plumbing and the age of the room so we didn't mention it to the staff....

"It was our 3rd year anniversary and we had the best time ever…first of all on arrival..we got the WARMEST welcome from Mary our hostess…she’s very kind, friendly and pays attention to details… she made us very comfortable However, on the massage sector, my wife had the WORST experience with Margaret…she didn’t pay attention to the areas requested and after complaining my wife left there in pain and sore…she wasn’t as friendly so I wouldn’t recommend her… the waiters on the other hand are...

"It was a horrible stay! The rooms were so dirty. I cannot just explain. Little cockroaches popping out from the bathroom and refrigerator. It was just disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many beautiful places around! Picture shown are deceptive. The rooms are nowhere close to the pics shown! The staff were as unfriendly as they could be."

"The place was very pleasant . Staff are friendly and always extend a chance to make experience better . But you should plan and book ahead , before arriving , some of the experience because they are filled fast . Beautiful views , can’t be the only 15 minutes to the Island straight from Airport . "

"I had an amazing experience at JA Manafaru. The people here take care of you from the moment you arrive at the airport, to the moment you get on the plane to leave. The staff felt more like family and friends than staff, taking care of every want and need. The food was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. This is an experience I would never forget! "I should've been did this review in Sept 2021 when went for our honeymoon Rm 262. I seem to can't get this place out of my head and want to go back. Hands down from beginning to end, the staff met every need and made sure we were good. They were excellent! Very welcoming and friendly. The food was really good and our over water villa was beautiful. I heard they are doing some renovations. When it's complete we will definitely revisit. "
