"I love this hotel. It has a perfect location, in Bloomsbury, near the British Museum and a block from the subway/ tube (on the Piccadilly line, which goes to Heathrow airport). The staff is friendly and the rooms are pretty (though, as in many London hotels, there’s no air conditioning). If you don’t feel like paying for breakfast, there’s a Pret on the corner. Plus apparently the Beatles liked to stay here; you can’t get better than that. "

"Property is in a great location. The restaurant in ground floor has very good food and is nicely decorated, ideal for a meal or just drinks. From the room the view of the city was quite nice. Staff were extremely helpful during our check-in and throughout our stay. "

"Stayed 2D1N in the standard studio and it was really spacious and clean. Lots of storage and comes with basic utensils/ equipment like a microwave etc. Staff was also amazing and accommodating when we wanted to book another night at the last minute - Shoutout to Angie!"

"We LOVED the check in staff! Zalika did a wonderful job communicating when our room was ready as we needed to check in early! The entire staff was so kind and we would definitely stay again if we came to London! The location is maybe a three minute walk to the London Underground Piccadilly line which took us mostly everywhere we wanted! "

"Reception staff were very welcoming, kept our bags as we arrived early morning. Arrived back at hotel an hour before 3pm check in time and our room was early so were allowed in. Room lovely and clean. Air conditioning was a godsend in the heat! Tea, coffee and water provided. Beds were comfy, great sleep was had. Breakfast complimentary, lots on offer, but too many tables crammed into a small space. No room to move with so many people in there, long queue for coffee which went over the hot food section due to lack of space. Found the experience quite uncomfortable so we left after a quick bowl of cereal! Remove a few tables and offer times for breakfast to relieve this. Would definitely stay again, but as it stands would not have breakfast at the hotel. "

"Our stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel was delightful. After arriving early in London at St. Pancras station, we walked 15 minutes to the hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and informed us that our room was ready, even though it was only 9:30 am. This allowed us to settle into our room ahead of schedule. Everything exceeded our expectations - the room was immaculate, with the added bonus of complimentary hot chocolate, biscuits, and a jug of water. The toiletries provided were of superior quality. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient store nearby that stays open until 11 pm. For travelers from the US seeking a spacious hotel room with air conditioning and an elevator, this is the perfect choice. The entire staff we interacted with were fantastic. During check-out, they kindly offered to store our luggage until our evening train back to Paris. This allowed us to explore London further before departing in the evening."
