"The hotel is right downtown, which means you can hear the busy bustle from below even 10 floors up. But the views from the room are nice. I opted for the executive room which was huge with windows on two sides. Breakfast was good at the attached large restaurant. The free airport shuttle is nice. "

The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. "The staff went out of their way to be helpful and my room was quiet and comfortable with beautiful plants outside the door. I enjoyed the breakfast with so many choices and the dinners were also delicious. I plan to stay at 5 Swiss again next year when I return to Rwanda."

"The hotel is not operated any longer. The building is used by the a university: AIMS African Institute of Mathematical Sciences. Finding this out from the guard at 1 AM after a 14 hour flight was not pleasant."
