"미리 방값을 모두 지불한 상태였지만, 호텔 프론트 데스크에서는 예약 사항조차도 모른다고 하여서, 거의 3시간 동안 기다리다가 근처의 다른 호텔로 체크인 했답니다... 그리고, 바우처에 적힌 호텔 전화번호는 호텔 연락처가 아니었어요... 호텔 컴펌 사항을 현지 호텔에 미리 확인하고 가야 할 것 같습니다.."

"Thumbs up to the staff who were so helpful and courteous. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and decent place to stay, i would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. Make sure to request one of the rooms in front of the pool, the view is lovely at night. Also if you're looking for a ride to get you around Kigali, ask for Alphonse. The washrooms are starting to age a bit, but...

"The staff were lovely but the hotel was showing its age and the carpets all smelled like they needed a really good clean - the air freshener sticks were not doing a good job of hiding it. The pool was out of action but the breakfast was fairly good. My room though was huge, the bed comfortable and likewise on the big side, and the shower was really really good - hot water and great pressure."

"Good value for money. Rooms are spacious, and beds are very comfortable. However services are inconsistent and internet connection was erratic."
