KidZania Tokyo is an intriguing amusement park that allows kids to take on adult roles and run a small world of their own. It has dozens of innovative and exhilarating rides for children, enabling a great family day out. Show your kids a glimpse of the real world in this role-play realm full of tools and tasks.
Enter the indoor facility and gaze up at the painted sky adorning the ceiling. Model buildings representing dental clinics, hospitals and cafés fill the arena. Let your children climb inside the fire engines and police cars and pretend they’re driving them.
See kids hanging out with the furry animators and entertainers in this miniature town. While they have fun, they’ll learn about the many roles that make up our society. Watch them dress up as firefighters and police officers or take on a position as a real estate agent, among many other professions.
They can make croissants and other tasty treats in the bakery and candy factory, before taking home their products. Observe how they’re paid for their day’s work in tokens to be used in the shopping area.
The amusement park opens daily from morning until late evening. Choose between the first session that lasts until late afternoon and the second session that continues into the night. Note that on Wednesdays, half of the activities are led in English. Adults are not allowed in this miniature world, but can watch on screens from the side. The site is part of a franchise that has operations in Mexico City and Monterrey as well as other destinations. Each site an almost identical layout.
