"We love Avani, but this trip the hotels both in a Bangkok and Khon Kaen seemed a little tired. In Khon Kaen, incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love the staff. In the room, the bed was really squeaky and seemed to need a box spring replacement. The shower and bathroom were okay, but the light was incredibly dim. It would be nice if you could increase the light in there. The mattress was firm, but nice. Overall the property was good, but walking around it seemed like it could...

"Arranged sight unseen at short notice apart to access to underground parking not being easily accessible for someone with mobility issues absolutely no complaints. Friendly and helpful, respectful staff. Facilities clean and in good condition."

"This is our third stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, bathroom good, shower pressure very good, breakfast more of an Asian slant to it but very tasty even to a western palette. The bed is a little hard for my liking but not so that it affects my sleep. If you stay here you will not be disappointed."
