We love Avani, but this trip the hotels both in a Bangkok and Khon Kaen seemed a little tired. In Khon Kaen, incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love the staff. In the room, the bed was really squeaky and seemed to need a box spring replacement. The shower and bathroom were okay, but the light was incredibly dim. It would be nice if you could increase the light in there. The mattress was firm, but nice. Overall the property was good, but walking around it seemed like it could use a refresh. But, wonderful staff and good experience. We would stay here again.

I have spent almost 200 nights at this hotel and every time I return, my stay is wonderful. I come with my Father, my wife and our grandchildren at least 3 times a year. The pool is magnificent and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and well appointed with a stacked minibar. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of food each morning to satisfy any palate, cooked to order eggs and omelets, pastries, bread, cereals and delectable Thai and Asian dishes. The staff is top notch; very gracious and accommodating and super helpful with any requests. And the London Inn Pub and Restaurant makes absolutely fantastic cocktails, has a great selection of wine and beer, with a pool table and very often live music. The manager, Miss Pan is a wonderful manager who always makes my family feel very welcome and at home there. Check in is simple, quick and efficient and special thanks to Miss Muwee who is always super helpful, kind and courteous when we check in! I highly recommend the Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre for families, single travelers and couples - it is a wonderful resort like hotel in lovely Khon Kaen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Avani Hotel in Khon Kaen, a place I've visited around 30 times during my time in Thailand. This hotel is an absolute gem, suitable for solo travelers, couples, families with kids, and business groups alike. The hotel boasts four amazing restaurants, offering a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of options and excellent coffee. The staff are the most service-oriented, kind, helpful, and accommodating I have ever encountered in all my decades of traveling. The beautifully appointed rooms come with very comfortable beds and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. The hotel also features a refreshing large pool with a poolside bar that serves great cocktails, cold beer, wine, and food. One of the highlights is The London Inn, their pub, which offers world-class cocktails, a pool table, and a foosball table. It has newly renovated comfortable outdoor seating and live music on the weekends. Special recognition goes to Miss Pan, the terrific manager of The London Inn, as well as Miss Muwee, the excellent front desk manager, and the diligent bell boys and housekeeping staff. With blazing fast Wi-Fi and a convenient location, the Avani Hotel in Khon Kaen is truly a top-notch choice for any traveler. I highly recommend it!

It’s the second time I stay there and it’s always amazing. Great breakfast buffet and the pool is big and clean with fun toys for the kids. Would recommend this hotel in Khon Kaen. We have been to few of them and this one is always the best.
