"Arranged sight unseen at short notice apart to access to underground parking not being easily accessible for someone with mobility issues absolutely no complaints. Friendly and helpful, respectful staff. Facilities clean and in good condition."

"The rooms are now a bit dated needs some cosmetic work especially the bathroom. The reception staff and cleaners we very pleasant and helpful unlike the owner/boss never spoke on any occasion. Made a complaint about the condition of the swimming pool dirty all around the perimeter plus debris surrounding walkway dirty as was the shower cubicle. Toilet facilities pool area dirty. Hardly any seating old dirty and tables same and damaged. All fitness equipment dirty and in bad condition Nothing...

"I realise that you get what you pay for, and I thought the price was high for where we were, but the hotel was by far the WORST I’ve ever stayed in. Stinking Rooms, filthy dirty Showers and busted toilets- Absolutely no water for a day made the stay even more unbearable. Breakfast consisted of a thimble of tank coffee. Never ever again Hotels.com "

"The property seemed nice and staff was nice.. It was clean and comfortable however, we were sneezing a lot and our throats were irritated. We're no sure if it was due to chemicals or what...also, check in was a bit uncomfortable because staff said they are required to check our visa and immigration documents and report this to immigration. That was uncomfortable. "

"My room was actually a one-bedroom apartment. The window to the hallway didn't lock. The place was very spacious. The pool received little sun exposure and remained pretty chilly. "

Printed out a bill that was 30% cheaper then I got through Hotels.com app. I’ve explained that it was already paid through the app . In the morning we got the information that the breakfast was not possible to get due to a renovation. "

Very disappointed especially with the management
