"Liked: Hotel was in a perfect location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and attended to our needs. Disliked: Pool and hot tub area could’ve been open longer."

"The room was nice, spacious, and clean. We stayed on the second floor and had a great view of the (heated) pool area and the ocean in the background. Their breakfast was nice as well, the morning we went they had a southwestern style egg with peppers, sausage, biscuits with gravy, toast (cream cheese, butter, jelly), waffle station (mini or full size) whichever your choice (regular batter or red velvet). A couple different types of cereal with milk, juice, coffee, etc. The gentleman at the check in desk, said they change it around."

"I stay here most times that I'm in Key West. Last year during the remodel was a rough time and not a pleasant experience. But this visit, seeing the transformation of the hotel, it is absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing also. "

"The staff was very nice and our room was comfortable with a small patio and beach. There were chairs and hammocks for the beach."
