STAY HERE!!! We’ve been to Key West sooo many times and have stayed all over, Opal is by far our favorite place we have stayed. The rooms could use a tad of updating , but everything else at the resort is top notch, high end, just gorgeous! Try the spicy MockaRita at the pool also…delicious!!!

Booked my room back in February and when I got there they told me they had given my room away, I was a little upset but the staff was great at fixing the issue. The room they gave us was a king suite which was awesome but there was a cockroach in one of the bed rooms and little ants on the floor which wasn’t my favorite thing but not the biggest issue either. Overall the staff was great and friendly and I liked how close this hotel was to everything.

We gad room 391, think we got lucky and it was one of the best at the resort. We had an oversized balcony with a fantastic view of the harbour, and an unbeleivable view of the sunset. Every singleb staff member we met was exceptional, the room was very clean, we could not have chosen a better place to stay.
