"The hotel was located in walking distance to the French quarter. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast had an omelet station, which was a nice surprise. Additionally, we were able to park on the street overnight free as we arrived on a Sunday. We paid for parking through the parking app the next morning, which was tricky, but saved us beaucoup $$. Despite the nice staff, the hotel has some wear and tear, hence the three stars rating."
