"The positive first: Calm surroundings, big and comfortable rooms. Wild rabbits jumping around. The one person in the reception was friendly. But: The information about this place was wrong. No restaurant open, the nearest was in Salo, 13km away. Sauna and pool not available. Breakfast as in hostels. And that the problem here, this is not a hotel, but place for groups and conferences. Too high price for hostel feeling. "

"Warning, this is nothing that it’s saying in the description. Location in a industrial area, trains are passing by, No sower or WC at the room, you have to shear with 20 other people and not clean, front disk was a joke, wiking theme was a old biker club, room was almost ok, absolutely not worth the money, 25 min walk to center, rating is a total joke."

"It was conveniently located and easy to find and access our room. It was clean and had enough space for a family of four. Our only issue was that we booked for 4 and only had 2 duvets. We used the phone in the lobby to contact customer service. They gave us access to the housekeeping closet so we could get two additional duvets, but there were only duvet covers. I took 4 covers so we could layer to keep warm since my kids were sleeping without blankets. "

Wonderful stay

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary slippers were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was wonderful and we were served coffee at our table a real treat. One small issue—our in-room telephone didn’t work, so we weren’t able to order room service. We ended up using a local takeaway instead, although we would have preferred to dine in. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily checked for future guests. The cleaning team at 09:00 were a little too noisy next door too but we managed to ignore. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would gladly return. "
