On a hot summers day, there needs to be good fan systems to keep the rooms cool. Open windows don't help if they're is no breeze coming in.
The room was retro style, bathroom had much grime there, and should be cleaned better.
Breakfast was good. Filling, and nice bread.
Spa was also nice, with option to swim in the seas too. But it is in need for a refurb, and modernisation. Gym has good equipment, so could be an ideal team training venue.
It´s odd not to have a small fridge in the room, otherwise the room was comfortable and the bed very good to sleep in. Commuting there was easy, the bus stops at the hotel. Breakfast was very good. I liked the spa, large pool area and a good sauna, the only miss was the tiny shower rooms both for women and men.
Besides the missing fridge, why not have a small microwave near the reception area? The service all-in-all was somewhat lacking.
It's worth choosing a superior room with aircon when its a hot day.
Room was very clean, but we had to ask for towels and coffee (there were none).
Spa is very small but the surroundings are great. Vegan options still in a seperate table at breakfast (would be better to put them with other foods).
Restaurant a la carte had good pizzas, also vegan.
A relaxed mini-vacation to this seaside establishment, the routines and professionalism of which are on a solid ground, as my wife and your's truly found out already at a previous stay.
The forthcoming reception service assured us easy parking and a spacious, very comfortable room directly at our quite early arrival, the room in line with our reservation, of course. The rhythm of the stay was facilitated by a full breakfast included.
Lots to do and see within the hotel and around, with a helpful and knowing personnel always available, and the historic city of Turku just a short bus ride away. +++
We felt very welcome by the staff in the reception. Atmosphere in the hotel was gentle and it did not feel too big even though there were many guests.
However, food service could had been better. It is important that a hotel can provide services needed for its guests when it is located several kilometers from other services. At dinner we went to the hotels restaurant Loisto and we noticed that the á la carte was fully booked and we needed to take the buffay. It was over priced regarding the limited offering and the mediocre quality of the food. The price for the buffet was not visible on any of the price lists outside the restaurant, but on a wall inside the restaurant.
Also, the parking could be included in the room charge, since the rooms are quite expensive and this is located far from city center.
This is one of the six hotels we stayed at booking through hotel.com. This is the only one that we gave a poor rating to The front desk staff was very good and in general spoke strong English The restaurant staff was another story. The person assigned to wait on us could not really speak English. When it came to dessert, there was a dessert in the counter outside of the restaurant that I assumed worked together with they didn’t I couldn’t get that dessert while in the restaurant
The room was not clean. Didn’t temper the floor had been swept at all. The shower curtain in the bathtub was about 4 inches. Too long. The bathroom did not feel clean.
They had two indoor pools, but we chose not to use them concerned about cleanliness
I was there for 2 nights on business, so I did not spent much time in the hotel. My room was clean and quiet, it had a balcony with a beautiful view over the harbour with sailing boats. The surrouding is nice for hiking or biking. The spa is pretty basic but nice way to relax after a busy day. I enjoyed the bathrope and slippers that were placed in the room. Also it was nice to be able to take the lift from the room straight to tje spa section.
Hotel is old (not a good way) and some renovation would be nice. They didn't clean our room during our stay. Hotel located middle of nowhere and their parking price is horrible even though there is also free parking lots nearby. In bathroom there was a lot of some kind of bugs.
Friendly, helpful and efficient reception. Being aware of the fact that there were rooms of various standards, my wife and I had very good level room with a park view + a balcony with table and chairs. My wife's and my own impression for this reason and many others would be rather of an establishment at the level 8.8 instead of the given average customer grade of 7,6. It was obvious that we stayed at a well established hotel with high level professional traditions. Everything worked out well with good routines.
We also appreciated the varied, full breakfast as well as fine restaurant and cafeteria services. The Spa and and swimming pool services were crowned by a swim in the big "pool", i.e. the sea bay right below with 20 degrees C (68 degrees F). Although we didn't use them, there was
also a variety of indoor spaces and activities.

Huone oli siisti. Aamupalalla oli kahvikupit loppu, joten kahvia sai vasta aamupalan lopussa. Tämä oli harmillista. Kylpylänpuolella saisi olla lämpimämpi vesi.
