"The hotel is just as pictured - gorgeous views from everywhere on the property. The staff were lovely - friendly, always wanting to help, etc. The room was very comfortable and close to everything. As we were both somewhat unwell when we arrived, we would have liked a few more basic options on the dinner menu as our appetites were not there and it was difficult to find simple food that we felt we could handle. Otherwise a perfect stay!"

"Stunning resort. We had beach rooms with direct access to the beach. I am literally on the beach. The hotel staff were all amazing, some of which I will mention by name. Jamila, Lilly - I think, Rashid, and because I don’t remember all the names, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thank you, hotel management and staff, for living up to our expectations and much more. If we are ever in Diani Beach, this is where we will stay"

"I feel I was misled by the photos. We were in a different building than what I thought from the main photos. The building is in need of repairs. We experienced, wifi outage - including a message when we tried to connect that the account was suspended for non payment. We were without water for an afternoon, the ac in the bedroom was not working. "Boxo might be more suitable for travellers who are looking for very basic place for stay. Keep in mind that it is literally a sea container turned into a tiny room. One thing I was very upset during the breakfast is that only 1 cup of coffee is included (which unfortunately tasted quite flat). In the main restaurant served food way so-so. Quite didn’t enjoyed a food there. However, staff is very friendly and nice. "

"Great, budget-friendly, and beautiful resort with direct beach access and security guards. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe there. The meat choices at the buffet were limited, but I noticed this everywhere in Kenya. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and amazing! The resort has stunning landscaping and unbeatable prices, and I would definitely stay there again."

"When we booked, I was unaware that I booked a villa. Boy oh boy was it huge. Everyone had tons of space. There was multiple balcony's to relax at. The Villa had a third story balcony. There are a couple pools and our Villa had an ocean view. The staff was friendly and security team was great. Le Cafe is the onsite restaurant. The food was good to great at all times. The kids enjoyed their custom ordered pizzas and the fries. We had to order extra baskets of fries as the ate them too quickly. Another big hit was the homemade icecream milkshakes. The beach was very nice in this area. Unlike closer to the Diani airport there was not a lot of rocks or coral pieces underfoot. The sand was incredibly soft. So was very comfortable getting in and out. *There are some beach boys in this area, but they was not very pushy or annoying. I never felt bad for saying no. I think since Galu is at the end of the strip it made for a calmer experience this time. One last note, it was easy to get Glovo deliveries for anything not at the hotel. Enjoy your stay. I will gladly book again."
