"Gym definitely needs more equipment, there aren't any weights. Washing and drying machines need some repairs. However the room is excellent though would need more comfy pillows. Super clean, very convenient location, bathroom is amazing, beautiful hotel, the lounge area is cool (go for the coffee in the afternoon, quite cool experience). "

"Modern spacious hotel with great amenities. I was given free drink tickets and a 2 PM checkout. Our flight was delayed one whole day and they were extremely responsive. There’s a Family Mart attached that is fully stocked most of the time. "

"This whole experience was amazing! I loved having a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to Narita station and Aeos mall! Also Nita, who works at the front desk, is SPECTACULAR!! "The rooms are clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms, and the king-size rooms with a mini living room are comfortable and big. If you have your family, the kids can stay there and have a tatami style. The staff who helped me check in are really nice but staff, but I don't find the staff so friendly. For this trip, we've been to many hotels in Japan, but I received different customer service in this hotel. Overall, the hotel is good because they have a shuttle bus to the airport and other places. "
