"Words cannot do justice to describe how beautiful this location is. We were absolutely stunned when we arrived not only by the beauty of the surrounding area but the building itself. The property is large and has tons of beautiful gardens and ponds to enjoy while you stay. The food is also absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. We really appreciated the staff and their service while we were there. I highly recommend this stay!"

"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "
