Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"A great hotel with a wonderful history. It is an old fashion hotel with modern amenities. Lovely views of Mount Fuji and the lake from inside and outside the hotel. The Japanese style breakfast was the best! The staff were fantastic! A very pleasant stay. "
