"Good location"

"Nicely located at the top of Genting Highlands. There are some convenient shops at the ground floor if you crave late-night snacks. We stayed on tower 3. Microwave stopped working and in no time, they replaced it as soon as we reported. There are some construction happening closeby, which can be noisy at times, we were so tired that it didn't even bother us at all. "

"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."

"Very nice hotel except the elevator doors only open for 2 seconds. You have to be ready and jump in fast or they will close. There are 4 elevators, if you wait by the wrong one you’ll miss it. Also no plug ins near the bed."

"As it is soft opening, the main attractions are not ready. The bathrooms also hv a smell. It has to do with the air ventilator. This is something the management needs to look into it and find the cause. Otherwise, the review will always be negative."

Crowne Plaza Kuala Lumpur City Centre, an IHG Hotel

"Great hotel right in the heart of KL near the twin towers. Staff were so kind, they even let me do a late checkout than I even asked. There were some confusions at the check out but they were quick enough to fix it. Cleaning staff were superb. Weather was a bit bad but this hotel stay made it better. I hated that the area OUTSIDE this beautiful hotel was dirty. Hence why my stay at this hotel made it very special, even though they were doing some constructions in the pool area. Breakfast was wonderful and fun to try all kinds of southeast Asian cuisine in addition to western items. They take safety seriously too. There was always someone including security in front of the hotel. I’d say their night staff outside could be nicer. I wish I were able to do their Sunday brunch which looked amazing! Thank you for making my first trip to KL extra special! "
