No tolerance from employees.I should have checked in 3 days at this hotel. But because I was disappointed with their attitude, I decide to move to another hotel on the second day’s without any refund. "

"This is a lovely quirky hotel which is refreshingly different from all the other chain hotels. We upgraded to premium and had a large four poster bed. A massive shower room. If you fancy a change from the bog standard chain hotels then definitely try this one. "
