"Overall is ok except the parking bays are limited. Hotel staff are friendly. Room service was not provided unless you prebook. Basin pipe was a bit congested & needs improvement."

Should improve service attitude

"I stayed two nights and nobody came to clean my room, despite the fact that I hung a "please clean my room" sign outside my door from morning until late at night. I simply informed the receptionist (without even complaining) the following day during my checkout. The receptionist simply stated, "Why ..."
