"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"The hotel is overall very good. Nice, environmental friendly, clean and new. The only issue is that if you were assigned the most remote room, you may need to walk over 5 minutes from lobby to your room."
