"This is a great hotel right in a mall. There's a starbucks on the first floor, and a grocery store below it. It's right near a train line. Service was amazing - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Breakfast had many options. Can't go wrong with this hotel!"

"All in all a nice property. It’s adjacent to Stesen Sentral so you can hear train noise. After a while it becomes background noise, however. I interacted with two people at the concierge desk. One was friendly and could not do enough for you. The other was competent in offering directions, but could have been more diplomatic.
