"Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk. "

"Jojo was a wonderful host. The care she puts into her house for the guests’ comfort (from the communication, instructions, book of recommendations, snacks&drinks to different kinds of body&face wash) were very much appreciated.
