"Please note: the area around the property is safe at night. However it is a commercial area, so no tourist sights, no history, nothing to see, nothing to do, limited public transportation. You can eat out like in other parts of Penang, so no worries that you'll be forced to take all meals in the hotel. But otherwise is very much a check-in and sleep kind of place."

But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her.
